Each year The FORMATION Conference ("TFC") strives to create a unique experience that pays homage to Black Girls and rejuvenates them holistically. Social injustices and witnessed  during this global pandemic have highlighted the need for intentional safe spaces that celebrate and respect those living at the intersection of Black, Girl and American. With the attempted erasure of comprehensive and critical race theory in schools, it is vital we know who and whose we are.

 

From Africa to the Americas, Black Girls have made an indelible mark on history. This year we are proud to say we made history with our LARGEST conference yet! Thank you to all of our donors, staff/volunteers and supporters, we couldn't have done it with out you.
