About the Event
This initiative is a vital step towards closing the wealth gap, as studies show that kids with savings accounts in their name are 6x more likely to go to college and 4x more likely to invest in stocks by the time they are young adults. Goalsetter’s Drafted campaign, was launched during Black History Month 2021 in partnership with the NBA Players’ Association, athletes, entertainers, activists, community leaders, and corporations. Each partner announced participation by pledging a seed savings gift for a group and then challenged others to do the same.
Please join Goalsetter’s founder and CEO, Tanya Van Court, on Wednesday September 15, 2021 from 7p-8p EST for Goalsetter Orientation. Tanya will present Building Wealth: A Miniseries Inspired by Jay-Z, review Goalsetter’s in-app features, and explain how to claim your piece of $400,000.
