FORMATION Conference 2022

Each year The FORMATION Conference ("TFC") strives to create a unique experience that pays homage to Black Girls and rejuvenates our sisterhood. Social injustices and legislation passed during the global pandemic have highlighted the need for intentional safe spaces that celebrate and respect those living at the intersection of Black, Girl and American. With the attempted erasure of comprehensive and critical race theory in schools, it is vital we know who and whose we are.

This year we are going back to SIS-Kanda! And we are reclaiming our time and our origins to reflect on the thing that has sustained our survival and our magic for so long, our Sisterhood.

This conference is dedicated to Black Girls and Femmes Ages 12-18 ONLY. 8th-12th grades (rising seniors) **ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE**  Proof of Vaccination must be submitted with your application.
