About the Event

"As outlined by Gabrielle Union in Essence Magazine, 52% of all juvenile prostitution arrests in the United States are comprised of Black children. Additionally, the U.S. Department of Justice reports that 62%, or more than half, of confirmed sex trafficking victims are Black.

Understanding how these disparities affect communities of color is essential to fighting against human trafficking in the United States."

Join TRIBE Inc., as we bring together community partners actively doing the work to stop the trafficking of Black Girls.

Featuring Tina Frundt of Courtney's House, AAG Rashida Prioleau of Hope Court and Tempey Hamilton, MSW and more.

This will be a village conversation so please come prepared to share, learn and take next steps with us.

On-Site childcare is available, please send an email to contact@blackgirltribe.com for registration and release waiver.

Reception starts at 6PM.
