To my TRIBE,
Never in one million years did I ever think I would have to do this. You all give me so much life, I could never imagine one of yours being taken away. Unfortunately some things are out of our control and are beyond our understanding.
I regret to inform you all that our Tribe Sister Taniyah Ellison has unfortunately passed away due to a fatal car accident on May 26th, 2021.
Village, please hold and hug your girls for us. Today and going forward will not be easy for us. Taniyah was a light and a sister to everyone. She loved all of you with her whole self. No one was a stranger to her.
She was my daughter, and now she is our star.
Taniyah lived life to the fullest and made sure we all felt welcome to be a part of hers. It was a pleasure to know her, and my extreme pleasure to call her my mentee. But just liek each of you she taught me even more than she could have ever imagined. Lessons, laughs and experiences I will work hard to share with every coming generation of TRIBE.
Her birthday is September 25th, a week after TRIBE's. We will celebrate all together I promise.
Taniyah I will never ever say goodbye to you, I'm just going to ask that you help me and watch over your sisters from that side. You'll see more anyway, you know they sneaky lol
